When equipped, the Mad Hatter grants the Punch Damage : Madness! mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. Upon punching other players, they will receive the We are all mad here! mod, which temporarily gives the players one of the three Mad Hats. This mod lasts 10 seconds.
