A Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack may be used to power up a [[Flamethrower]]. A single Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack will be consumed with each use of the [[Flamethrower]].

A Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack can also be used with a [[Harvester]] or other similar items; there will be a slight chance that a harvested tree (with a rarity of less than 100) will [[Dropping|drop]] a [[Dangerous Pineapple Block]], [[Rotten Pineapple Block]], or [[Sourloaf Pineapple Block]]. The Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack will be consumed every time this occurs. Unlike the [[Fuel Pack]], the Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack does not double fruit drops when harvesting trees.

Firing a [[T-Shirt Cannon]] while equipping a Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack will give the targeted player a [[Dangerous Pineapple Fan Shirt]]. Firing an [[Easter Egg Cannon]] while equipping a Dangerous Pineapple Juice Backpack will give an Easter Egg - Growtopia.
