If a player has won it, the trophy will automatically appear in the player's backpack once they log on. They will also receive the ''King Of The World'' [[Achievements|achievement]] if it is their first time winning a WOTD.

* The likelihood of earning a trophy does not consist of voting, nor world population, it simply revolves around the developers seeing a world they think is good enough to be awarded a trophy.
When placed, the Ultra Trophy 3000 serves a purely aesthetic purpose.
* The first World Of The Day was NASA11 but there was a glitch in the WOTD Ranking that makes it so that a few of the first WOTD's are incorrectly listed or deleted.
* Players can view a list of past WOTD worlds by typing in the command /top and clicking Top Worlds category.
