| To recover the player's password, the Growtopia System will send the verification link to their registered e-mail of their GrowID. After pressing the verify link, player will be able to reset your password for recoveration.

| To recover the player's username, they have to enter the e-mail they used when they create their GrowID. After that, the Growtopia System will send all the GrowIDs used in that e-mail.

| To change the email on the player's GrowID account, they have to type in the GrowID and it's current e-mail (note that the IP address needs to match with the one that they've last played Growtopia with).
