When equipped, this item grants the ''Double Jump & Punch Range: Sam Fisher!'' [[Mods|mod]], which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air and punch blocks one tile further. Players can switch between the wearable item and its morph by wrenching themselves and clicking "Transform".

When equipped, the Sam Fisher grants the Double Jump & Punch Range: Sam Fisher! mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air, punch one tile further, eliminate the darkness effect created by dark background blocks, and switch between its wearable form and its morph form by wrenching oneself and clicking 'Transform'. Unlike the Night Vision Goggles, Sam Fisher does not require a D Battery in order to function in worlds the player doesn't own.
