When equipped, the Sam Fisher grants the Double Jump & Punch Range: Sam Fisher! mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air, punch one tile further, eliminate the darkness effect created by dark background blocks, and switch between its wearable form and its morph form by wrenching oneself and clicking 'Transform'. Unlike the Night Vision Goggles, Sam Fisher does not require a D Battery in order to function in worlds the player doesn't own.

• During UbiWeek 2022, the Sam Fisher could be obtained from fishing. As of UbiWeek 2023, the Sam Fisher is only obtainable from UbiCrates.
