The Vampire Fangs is an unsplicable face item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2013 on October 28, 2013.

When equipped, the Vampire Fangs grants the Transylvanian Accent mod, which allows the player to change their skin color to mint green. It will also turn the chat messages color into red, with all the W's changed to V's which represents the stereotypical vampire voice.
Equipping this item, alongside a Vampire Cape, Slick Black Hair and Vamp Vest, will earn one the Costume Contest achievement.
Trivia
- Typing /sleep command while wearing the fangs will keep the eyes of the wearer open.
