You can obtained it by a chance drop after breaking [[Ice|Ice Blocks]]. Similar to a [[Butterfly leash]].

When equipped, a penguin pet appears and follows the player around. Moreover, the item also gives the player the [[Mods/Icy Pet|''Icy Pet'']] [[Mods|mod]]. The Penguin Leash replaces the player's [[Punching|punch]] effect with beams of ice fired by the penguin.


Normally it would take at least 1750 blocks to get it but if you have the lucky mod i will take 1000 to 1200.

When equipped, a penguin pet appears and follows the player around. Moreover, the item also gives the player the Icy Pet mod. The Penguin Leash replaces the player's punch effect with beams of ice fired by the penguin.
