A provider is a non-solid foreground block which can be harvested every x days. Examples of them include the Chicken, Cow, Sheep, Silkworm, Science Station, Buffalo, Well, ATM Machine, Awkward Friendly Unicorn, Tackle Box, and Coffee Maker.
Examples
Chicken
A Chicken produces 1-2 Eggs every 20-24 hours. It is available as part of the Farm Pack, which costs 15,000 gems in the Store. Up to 4 of the block can also drop from harvesting a Chicken Tree, which is made by splicing a Rubber Ducky Seed with a Clouds Seed.
Cow
A Cow produces 1-2 Milk every 20-24 hours. It is also available as part of the Farm Pack, much like the Chicken. Up to 4 of the block can also drop from harvesting a Cow Tree, which is made by splicing a Refrigerator Seed with a Brown Block Seed.
Sheep
A Sheep produces 1-3 Wool every approximately 3 days. Using a Sheep Shears can give twice as much Wool per harvest. It is available from a Mooncake recipe.
Silkworm
A Silkworm produces 1-10 silk threads every day when it is more than 2 days old. Each Silkworm costs 7,000 gems in the Store. It needs to be fed with foods such as Eggs and drinks such as Water Buckets. To change its color, one can feed it a food with a different color.
Unlike other providers, a Silkworm has a lifespan of approximately 20 days and will turn into a corpse when it dies. It can die sooner if it is left sick for too long, which may happen when it is fed too much or too little. Giving it an Antidote can cure its sickness. A Silkworm Soul can also be used to revive a dead Silkworm.
Science Station
A Science Station produces a random Chemical every 8-12 hours. One is available as part of the Mad Science Kit at the Store for 5,000 gems. Up to 4 of the block can also drop from harvesting a Science Station Tree, which is made by splicing a Military Radio Seed with a Toxic Waste Barrel Seed.

One can mix these chemicals in a Chemical Combiner in order to create various items.
Coffee Maker
A Coffee Maker produces Coffee once every 24 hours. Up to 4 of the block can drop from harvesting a Coffee Maker Tree, which is made by splicing an Exclamation Sign Seed with a Science Station Seed.
