When equipped, the Alien Mind Protector grants the player immunity against File:GhostA4.png Mind Ghosts, but not the other types of ghosts.

The Alien Mind Protector shares this exact ability with the Foil Hat. While the Alien Mind Protector is a hair item, the Foil Hat is a hat item, however.

• There are several items in Growtopia which grant immunity against certain types of ghosts.
