When broken it will drop wither the digits 1-6 shown on the block. Although this is only an idea]

Blitzcrank, the wiki is intended to be about facts, not assumptions. You are incorrect in your assumption. The dice block is literally a dice, you will click it and it'll randomly choose a number, hence why it's called dice. Otherwise it'd just be a domino.
