The Mining Mech is an unsplicable chest item which was added as part of the Spelunkorama Strikes Back! update on February 6, 2020.

When equipped, the Mining Mech grants the Punch Damage: Mining Mech mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. Additionally, in a similar manner to the Digger's Spade, it can break Cave Dirt, Dark Cave Background, Magic Infused Stone and Magic Infused Stone Background in a single hit.
Step 17 of the Quest Of The Mech requires the player to deliver 5 of this item.
Trivia
- The Mining Mech's equip and unequip messages are a reference to Heigh Ho, a song from Walt Disney's 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
