The Easter Creature is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Easter Week 2022 on April 15, 2022.

When equipped, the Easter Creature grants the Build Range: Easter Creature mod which allows the player to build one block further. When punching, the eyes of the Easter Creature will turn red.
