This is the rarest hat out of four wizard hats, Cursed, Funk, Wizard hat and Witch hat. It has a slightly glowing animation when you wear it.

Spliced from a Dreamstone and a Bookshelf seed.

Note: Has 2% to 4% Chance (Out of 50) Getting one from a Wizard Hat Tree
