The second most rare wizard hat in the game compared to the other 4 wizard hats. It is claimed to make a spooky sound when equiped on your avatar. It's also the only one with a mod added to it but it's the only "bad" one, makes you run slow, attack weaker, and make you feel 1000 pounds, jump lower,
