When equipped, a spooky sound will play along with bongos beating and a low growl. It's also the only one with a mod added that makes the player run slower, break blocks slower, and decreases their jump height.

Trivia

• While it may appear using the Cursed Wizard Hat with the Cyclopean Visor, Heartbow or Battle Trout will make the player unable to break any blocks it still deals an incredibly low amount of damage to the blocks but with enough hits you can still destroy blocks.
• Using the Cursed Wizard Hat with the Dear John Tractor or Swim Fins will make the player move extremely slowly.
