The Green Dragon Mask is a clothing item exclusive to game moderator Greenswe, awarded to them on October 14, 2013. It is unavailable to any other players.
When worn, it spawns a green dragon which follows them around, and breathes green fire in the place of using the Fist. The item presumably has the same benefits as the Dragon Hand and its variants: pushing other players farther and doing more damage to blocks.
This is the only "leash" item which is not worn on the hand.
