The Open Sign is a type of sign that can't display text, like the Biohazard Sign. What it does is displays whether a certain attribute is open or not. This can be a useful shop item that can let people know whether your shop is open or not.
Example: When people visit their world if the sign says 'Closed', everyone would know the owner isn't there or isn't running the shop.
