The Tiny Tank is an item that can only be obtained as a Rare Prize by winning Death Race 5000 at The Carnival.The tank adds the "Tank Driver" mod, which makes you shoot bullets out of your belly quickly, unless you have a hand item that applies a mod that changes your punching. It also turns your eyes red when you shoot, similar to a Tommygun or a Six Shooter.
