The Clothing Compactor can be obtained from Locke The Traveling Salesman for 100 World Locks.
It can turn ONLY spliceable clothing into gems, clothing seeds, seeds it was spliced with, Garbage, Much-too-small shirts (various colors), Much-too small red skirt or random items like Patchwork Quilt.
You have a 15% chance of obtaining Clothing Seeds.
On March 24th, there was a balance tweak update for the Clothing Compactor so only people with access can use it.
