This item was added in the "PANTS" update along with other items like the Carrot Sword and many other pants clothing items.
In-Game Description:
You need skinny legs to put in the skinny jeans, or perhaps just let the acid slim you down a bit.
Rarity: 50
To grow, splice an Acid Seed with a Blue Block Seed.
This item never drops any seeds.
