This consumable is released on the week of Fishing Pack on September 12, 2015.
In game description
This is bait for fishing. Equip a fishing rod and then use this bait on water that you are standing next to in order to start fishing. The shiny stuff appeals to larger fish then Wiggly Worms do.

This item never drops any seeds.
