The Anvil is a rare drop from Locke's Mystery Blocks.
In order for this to be used, you must have the Ring of Smithing, Crystal Smithing Tools, and a Forge.
To make a forge splice evil brick background seed with rocket thruster seed.
Use the nuclear fuel inside the Forge to get a heat to make something with the anvil and crystal smithing tools
