The Anvil is a solid block and it can be obtained from Locke's Mystery Box or completing the WOLFWORLD. It is used to forge weapons.
In-Game Description
"You can forge astounding weapons on this, if it's next to a Forge that's been heated to 1,000 degrees, and you have Smithing Tools, and wear a Ring Of Smithing and a Blacksmith's Apron. Oh, and have some item you want to smith. If you've got all that, go ahead and use the item on the anvil!
