Steam Piston is one of the items that uses Steam to function. It was released on Growtopia's 3rd Anniversary.
It has a chance to drop a Steampunk Sprocket.
In-Game Description:
Steam power makes it go whump whump whump. This links up to other Steam blocks and can conduct steam power.
