This item was added, along with the [[Paleontologist's Kit]], as part of the Growassic Park update. It is obtainable from [[Fossil Rock|Fossil Rocks]] that can be found randomly on rocks, and it needs to be removed using a [[Rock Hammer]] and [[Rock Chisel]].
