Peng Nguyen, also known as Master Peng, is an NPC in the world TOURNAMENT.
Players can purchase the Tournament Ticket from him for 10,000 Gems. They can also view the current prize for the tournament winners. If a player is caught cheating and click on Master Peng, he will say "Get out of here you scummy cheater, the tournament is an honourable battle".
