The Golden Caduceus is an untradeable component which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2017 on January 6, 2017.
Function
Just like the regular Caduceus, the Golden Caduceus can be used to purchase items from the Sales-Man. A Golden Caduceus has the same value as 100 Caducei.
