Template:ItemOldThe Mutated Cell is a consumable added during the Night of the Sewing Dead update. It randomly spawns in worlds after the Pandemic has finished, with spawn rates dependent on the amount of people in the world, just like Comet Dust. Combining 200 Mutated Cells will give a Mutated Seed.
