Hotpants are pants which were released during 2017's Cinco De Mayo Week. It summons a pet jalapeño which follows its wearer around. It is an extremely rare drop from an Ultra Pinata, and it requires the player to wear a Lucky Pinata Hat while breaking it.
Trivia
- This item replaces the player's punch with a fire blast from the Jalapeño when worn.
