Balloon Fragment is a consumable that was added during Balloon Warz Event. It is obtained (by chance) from using War Balloon at a non-colored player.
It is used at Balloon-O-Matic to convert into any random Balloon Warz-related item.
Feeding 1-10 gets colored blocks and small war balloons. Feeding 11-75 gets medium balloons, large balloons, and team clothing. feeding 75-200 gets you a balloon warz leaderboard, a balloon o matic, a balloon filling station, a balloon jammer, or a balloon Warz weather.
