Function

When equipped, it will grant the player the Cloak of Falling Waters mod which lets the player glide slowly to the ground when they hold the jump button and faster the longer they glide with a wave.

Punching players will give them the Soaked mod which will make them wet for 30 seconds. It can be used for fire extinguishing and also punches other players far with a knockback. However, it does not grant the Double Jump mod.
