Strange mutations can make for the meanest fish, as this battling mutant will prove! Good thing it's on your side - with that extra eye, it can always keep a lookout while it takes down your foes!

The Battle Mutant Fish is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added in the Gone Fishin'! update. One can be obtained from completing the level 10 training of a Mutant Fish.
Function
When equipped, a Mutant Fish pet will appear and float in the air, following the player around. This pet can also be trained as a water battle pet.
