Heartstone were small pink crystals that appeared during the valentines event in growtopia. When the event started, the crystals would spawn randomly only once, in place of rocks. Other than that, occasionally an event would happen which would spawn more crystals, but that was rare.
You could punch a heartstone crystal to receive valentines day goodies, usually heartstone blocks, perfumes, and candy hearts, but if you were very lucky, you could obtain angel wings, diapers, and heartbows through these crystals.
