Note that like the Small Seed Pack, it still allows you to get seeds that are harder to get (like Obelisk and Happy Unicorn Block), so it makes a bit more sense to buy it. Also, there is a more vivid variety of seeds you can obtain through the Rare Seed Pack than what you can get from the other seed packs.
