Spectral Mantle
Writhing chains from the Other Side! These spirit-forged links are meant to capture the most terrible of ghosts, but since you're not, y'know, DEAD, they just look very cool (and maybe a little creepy).

The Spectral Mantle is an unsplicable back item that was introduced during the Challengers Approach! update. It is awarded to players of the Guild that place in the top three of the BOO Blast Guild Daily Challenge, only if they contributed points to the challenge.
Function
When equipped, it gives the Slowfall: Spectral Mantle mod, reducing the player's fall speed just like the Parasol.
