The Ambu-Lance is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Surgery Day monthly event update on July 19, 2021. The item was formally introduced on July 30, 2021, the date Surgery Day arrived.

When equipped, the Ambu-Lance grants the Ambu-Lance: Punch Damage mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster, as well as changes the player's Fist to throw lances when punching.

Step 16 of the Quest Of The Mech requires the player to deliver 10 of this item.
