When equipped, the Sam Fisher grants the Double Jump & Punch Range: Sam Fisher! mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air, punch one tile further, and eliminate the darkness effect created by dark background blocks. Players can switch between the wearable item and its morph by wrenching themselves and clicking "Transform". Unlike the Night Vision Goggles, Sam Fisher does not require a D Battery in order to function in worlds the player doesn't own.

• During UbiWeek 2022, the Sam Fisher could be obtained from fishing. As of UbiWeek 2023, the Sam Fisher is only obtainable from UbiCrates.
