Reward Codes

Reward Codes are codes which can be redeemed in the Growtopia Store for free rewards. Players can use this functionality to redeem prizes from events on their own.

History

On July 26, 2023, the Growtopia team launched a TikTok account with milestone rewards at certain amounts of followers. These rewards came in the form of Reward Codes. On August 1st, 2023, the function to redeem Reward Codes was added at the bottom of the Growtopia Store.

Please keep in mind that the game will prevent you from redeeming the prize if you have a full inventory or item slot for it. Prior to claiming a reward, make sure your inventory or item slots has space for the item.

The redemption code feature can be accessed in one of three ways:

Manual Redemption

For in-game and community events, you can manually redeem a code that is typically provided on our social media channels. Just carry out the following:

• Open in-game shop.
• Click the redeem code button.
• A popup will open where you can enter the redeem code.
• Click “Redeem”.
• The item will go directly to your inventory.

The player can also type the command /redeemcode <redeemcode>, which serves the same purpose.

Claim Rewards

You can access this when the game automatically rewards you for participating in an event or any update: The "claim" button and reward information will be displayed in the end of Gazette. When you press the button, the reward will be automatically placed to your inventory.

Claim Rewards via Email

The team might occasionally email rewards as well. If they choose that option, you will only get an email from the official address: "news@growtopiagame.com", with a direct link to your rewards. As this link will be created especially for you, the rewards will still be credited to your account even if it is accidentally clicked by someone else.
