Iron Mask is a clothing item which goes on the player's face. This item is unspliceable and can only be obtained by buying the Dungeon Pack for 10,000 gems.
Equipping the mask adds the Iron "MMMFF" mod. It muffles your speech in a way similar to the Duct Tape would work. It is a much better substitute if you want the "MMMFF" mod but don't want it to be permanent.
While wearing the mask, you hear a clunk sound similar to Portcullis.
