Toxic waste is the sludge that is left behind after breaking a toxic barrel, or thought toxic waste special event. Each piece of slime takes one punch to disintegrate, if you walk on the sludge, it reacts the same way as a cactus, causing damage and the appearance of yellow stars. Anyone can break the sludge, it doesn't contend to the laws of locks. The sludge never drops an item or seed. It's the first if its kind.
