Toxic waste is the sludge that is left behind after breaking a toxic barrel, or thought toxic waste special event. Each piece of slime takes one punch to disintegrate, if you walk on the sludge, it reacts the same way as a cactus, causing damage and the appearance of yellow stars. Anyone can break the sludge, it doesn't contend to the laws of locks. The sludge never drops an item or seed.
