It's an event that ended on July 28 2013 (despite contrary belief of it ending when the summer ended.)
Going with the event, it also added Fireworks, Sand, Water Bucket, Ocean Rock, Men and Woman swimming suits, Seaweed, Corals, Palm trees, Beach umbrella and Hulas.
Throughout the wvent FireWorks would spawn ion worlds with users and sometimes a Summer Surprise would Spawn.
