Additional Info
This block, like all other blocks, can be used to draw black and white structures, however, getting the correct block to fit the tangram may be very irritating.
Its seed is used to make Card Blocks, the other item to splice with being the Das Red Balloon. Card Blocks are used to make the Roulette Wheel and the Superpower Cards, which are used in Crime Fighting.
