The second '''Rollback Plaque''' is an item released and available for the weekend of October 5th, 2013, dubbed the [[Apology Weekend]], and as compensation for the [[Rollback#Second rollback|second rollback]]. It was made by splicing [[Cave Background]] and [[Sign]] seeds together.

When it was available, the plaque would drop itself or its seed when broken. This was changed after the event to not drop anything, which gave the seeds a value of their own as a collector's item.
