The Vampire Fangs is an unsplicable face item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2013 on October 28, 2013.

When equipped, the Vampire Fangs grants the Transylvanian Accent mod. While wearing it, all chat messages will appear in red, with all the W's changed to V's which represents the stereotypical vampire voice. The wearer's skin also turns pale, mint green.

Equipping this item, alongside a Vampire Cape, Slick Black Hair and Vamp Vest, will earn one the Costume Contest achievement.

Trivia

• Typing /sleep command while wearing the fangs will keep the eyes of the wearer open.
• Typing any word that begins with W will change the W into a V. Ex: World Lock will be converted into Vorld Lock.
• The color of the text will also be permanently red, while preventing the player to edit the color of the text that they typed in.
• Vampire Fangs is also necessary to complete the Costume Contest (Classic) achievement, which is done by equipping the full set below:
