The Vampire Cape is an unsplicable back item which was added onHalloween Week 2013. One can be obtained directly from consuming 25 Cape Tatters.
Function
When equipped, this grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air. The player will also get a death animation of bats flying away from them.
Equipping this item, alongside a Vampire Fangs, Slick Black Hair and Vamp Vest, will earn one the Costume Contest achievement.
A Flaming Cape will drop when a Highly Combustible Box containing a dropped Vampire Cape is burnt.
Trivia
- There is a small chance for an Inside-Out Vampire Cape to be given instead when one consumes 25 Cape Tatters.
- Prior to Halloween Week 2015, sacrificing a stack of items with rarity 101 or above to the Growganoth can directly reward one with a Vampire Cape.
