News as of February 29th, 2016: ATM gems that are harvested go straight to your backpack to avoid raw gem trading and server performance.
City Pack
The ATM Machine can only be obtained from the City Pack which costs 8,000 gems. It is a perma-item that can never be destroyed.
When punched the ATM Machine drops 1 to 20 Gems with a small chance of dropping a purple gem (100 Gems). When it does, it will be like winning the Slot Machine, coins will appear then disappear. 22 hour cool-down between harvests.
