While wearing this hat, whenever you break an Ultra Pinata you will receive a random Cinco De Mayo item (usually a Churro Block, Burrito, or Pinata) even if you are not able to pick up any of the actual drops from the pinata. This makes the Ultra Pinata rewarding for all, even if you are locked away from the Ultra Pinata itself.
