This item gives the ''<nowiki>Flamethrowin'</nowiki>'' mod, which disables the player's ability to punch unless they are also wearing a [[Fuel Pack]]. If the player is wearing a Fuel pack, then the player's punches are substituted out for a rush of deadly fire that causes a high amount of damage to blocks (counts as 3 punches). Each punch consumes one Fuel Pack.
 
There is a glitch where Wings (Back Items) will act as Fuel Pack to Flamethrowers. Ex: [[Devil Wings]] will be destroyed if you have this and [[Focused Eyes]]. (Glitch is fixed)
 
20 of this item can be combined with a [[StarBoard|Starboard]] and a [[Transmog Crystal]] in a chemical combiner to make a [[Growboard]].
